This Privacy Policy explains what happens to your information when you use One Rep Max Calculator ("we," "us," "the site"), available at realonerepmaxcalculator.com. In short: we don't collect the numbers you enter, and we don't require an account.
Information we don't collect
The weight, reps, formula choice, unit, and lift results you enter into the calculator are processed entirely in your browser using JavaScript. None of that input is transmitted to us, logged on a server, or stored in a database we control. We do not require registration, an email address, or any personal information to use the tool.
Browser storage (localStorage)
To let you compare results across bench press, squat, deadlift, and overhead press without re-entering numbers each time you switch tabs, the calculator saves your most recent result per lift in your browser's localStorage. This data stays on your device, is never sent to us, and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain.
Hosting and server logs
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like virtually all web hosts, Cloudflare's infrastructure may log standard technical request data (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) for security, performance, and abuse-prevention purposes. We don't have access to personally identify individual visitors from this data, and we don't use it for tracking or advertising.
Third-party services
This site loads the "Geist" typeface from Google Fonts' stylesheet API. Requesting that stylesheet may expose your IP address to Google in the same way any external resource request would. We don't use analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this site as of the date above; if that changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.
Cookies
We do not set our own cookies. Any cookies present would come solely from third-party resources described above (such as Cloudflare's infrastructure), not from application code we control.
Children's privacy
This site is a general-purpose calculator tool and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, since no information is collected in the first place.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the site changes — for example, if we add analytics or contact functionality in the future. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
