The tool provides estimates, not guarantees
One Rep Max Calculator estimates a one-rep max using the Epley and Brzycki formulas based on the weight and reps you enter. These formulas are statistical models, not measurements of your actual strength. Your real one-rep max may be higher or lower than the estimate. Nothing on this site should be treated as a guaranteed, precise, or medically validated number.
